手法推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎

摘　　要：膝关节骨性关节炎手法治疗以体位为基础,拿捏、按揉、滚法、推、揉,捋筋等,放松肌肉、刺激经络腧穴、运动关节,促进局部血液循环和新陈代谢,减轻关节内压,松解关节黏连,改变狭窄的关节间隙,避免过度刺激及摩擦,减轻软骨退变,消除或缓解疼痛,疗效显著,且无明显副作用,治疗同时避免重复性微小伤害,注意饮食调整。Methods of knee osteoarthritis treatment to position based on moderation,pressing and kneading,rolling method,pushing,kneading,tendons stroke,and relax muscles,stimulation of meridians and acupoints and joint movement,promote local blood circulation and metabolism,reduce intraarticular pressure,release the articular adhesion,change narrow joint space,avoid excessive stimulation and friction,alleviate cartilage degeneration,eliminate or relieve pain,curative effect is distinct,and no obvious side effects,treatment and avoid repetitive slight damage,pay attention to adjust the diet.
