摘　　要：类风湿关节炎病因病机复杂,复杂性、多变性及多因素发病机制不利于治疗和预后。中医药病因病机、分期治疗、辨证论治及内服外用等多种诊疗手段,可有效缓解病情,早期治疗,为类风湿性关节炎治疗提供了新的思路。The etiology and pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis is complicated,and the mechanism of complex,multi-variable and multi-factors is not conducive to the treatment and prognosis.TCM etiology and pathogenesis,treatment by stages.syndrome differentiation and treatment of topical and oral administration of various treatment means,can effectively alleviate the disease,early treatment.for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis provides new ideas.
