摘 要:为了研究橡胶沥青锥入度抗剪强度的规律特点及与其他性能指标的相关性,文章进行了不同胶粉掺量和不同反应温度条件下的橡胶沥青锥入度试验及其他性能指标试验,研究得到了胶粉掺量和反应温度对橡胶沥青锥入度和抗剪强度的影响情况,以及抗剪强度与其他性能指标的相关关系。结果表明:随着胶粉掺量增加,橡胶沥青的25℃锥入度减小而抗剪强度增大;反应温度对橡胶沥青25℃锥入度和抗剪强度的影响规律不明显;相比于锥入度,抗剪强度对橡胶沥青性能影响因素的变化反应更灵敏;不同胶粉掺量条件下橡胶沥青抗剪强度与其他几个指标相关性较好,不同反应温度条件下抗剪强度与177℃黏度和25℃回弹恢复率有一定的相关性,与软化点相关性不明显。在试验研究基础上初步提出了橡胶沥青25℃锥入度抗剪强度的指标要求为75~169kPa。In order to investigate the regularity of shear strength of cone penetration and the correla- tions with other performance indexes of rubber asphalt, cone penetration tests and other performance tests of rubber asphalt were operated under the conditions of different crumb rubber contents and dif- ferent reaction temperatures. The regularities of rubber asphalt cone penetration and shear strength were obtained, and the correlations between shear strength and other performance indexes were ac- quired. The results show that the cone penetration at 25 ~C decreases and the shear strength increases with increase of crumb rubber content, while there is no obvious regularity in the effect of reaction temperature on asphalt rubber cone penetration at 25 ℃ and shear strength. Compared to the cone penetration, the shear strength is more sensitive to the changes of factors affecting rubber asphalt per- formanee. Rubber asphalt shear strength has relatively strong correlations with other indexes under the conditions of different crumb rubber contents, but has weak correlations with viscosity at 177 ℃ and resilience at 25 ℃ and no correlation with softening point under the conditions of different reaction temperatures. Based on the experimental research, the technical requirement of shear strength at 25 ℃ was proposed as 75-169kPa.
