摘　　要：用口蹄疫O型灭活疫苗和多肽疫苗分别免疫60日龄的仔猪,用所研制的猪O型FMDV抗体检测试纸条和商品ELISA试剂盒同步检测,分析免疫猪的抗体变化规律。结果显示,该试纸检测结果与对照ELISA试剂盒的检测结果一致,符合抗体产生规律,能够应用于O型FMDV疫苗免疫猪的抗体检测。To study the antibody occurrences of porcine FMDV type O, sixty days old pigs were immunized with inactivated vaccine and peptide vaccine of FMDV type O, and the sera were detected by strip and ELISA respectively.The results showed that the tested results of strip and ELISA were consistent, and accordance with the regulation of antibody production. This study proved that the strip can be used to detecting the antibody of FMDV type O immunized pigs.
