摘　　要：分析了目前的几种投标报价参数方法 ,根据多个项目和课题的研究 ,结合石油、石化装置的特点 ,测算出了一套系数和指数 ,为石油企业快速。Several parameter methods to determine bid and quoted prices are analyzed. According to the characteristics of the oil industry, a set of coefficients and indexes of bid and quoted prices are calculated, which offers references for oil enterprises to work out plans for the bid and quoted prices.
