芩连芷柏汤治疗妊娠期智齿冠周炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芩连芷柏汤治疗妊娠期智齿冠周炎的效果。方法:68例用随机数表法分为实验组及对照组各34例。两组均给予双氧水与生理盐水对阻生牙冠周与盲袋进行冲洗,对照组另用碘甘油治疗,实验组另用芩连芷柏汤化裁治疗。5天为一治疗周期,采用VAS视觉模拟疼痛评分对疼痛程度进行评价。结果:实验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芩连芷柏汤治疗妊娠期智齿冠周炎有良好效果。Objective ： To observe the effect of Qinlian Zhibo Decoction in treatment of pericoromtls m pregnancy stage. Method： 68 cases were divided into 2 groups based on random number table, with 34 cases in the experimental group and 34 cases in control group. Both groups were given hydrogen peroxide solution and physiological saline to flush impacted peri dental crown and blind end. The control group were treated with iodine glycerin additionally while the experimental group were treated with modified Qinlian Zhibai Decoction additionally, 5 days as one treatment cycle. The pain degree was evaluated by VAS visual analogue pain score. Result ： The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） and the VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Qinlian Zhibo Decoction has good effect on pericoronitis in pregnancy stage.
