后外侧解剖钢板治疗肱骨中下段骨折32例

摘　　要：目的：观察后外侧解剖钢板治疗肱骨中下段骨折的临床疗效。方法：32例采用后外侧解剖钢板治疗,随访12~24个月,平均15个月。结果：均骨性愈合,术后3月Mayo肘关节功能评价优16例、良11例、中4例、差1例、优良率84.4%。结论：后外侧解剖钢板是治疗肱骨中下段骨折的有效方法。Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of middle-distal humeral fracture with internal fixation with posterior-lateral anatomical plate. Method： 32 patients were treated with internal fixation with posterior-lateral anatomical plate and followed up with an average time of 15 months （ 12 months to 24 months ） . Result： Bone healing was observed in every patient. There were 16 cases excellent, 11 cases better, 4 cases improved and 1 case worse with good rate of 84.4% in terms of the Mayo Elbow Performance Score three months after the operation. Conclusion： Internal fixation with posterior-lateral anatomical plate is an effective way to treat middle-distal humeral fracture.
