摘  要:目的了解新建立免疫吸附(ELISA)法对人血清沙眼衣原体感染检测的敏感性和特异性。方法收集2014年3月一12月天津医科大学总医院非性病门诊15—40岁就诊者血清共300例。采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测其血清中抗衣原体质粒编码蛋白3(Pgp3)、CT875编码蛋白(CT875)、CT694编码蛋白(CT694)的抗体。同时采用微量免疫荧光(MIF)法对血清样本进行检测。比较两种方法的检测结果。结果ELISA法共筛选出三种免疫优势蛋白抗体阳性者63例,其中MIF法证实阳性者62例。300例就诊者血清中三种免疫优势蛋白抗体的总检出率为21.00%。以MIF法为标准,新建立ELISA法的灵敏度为95.38%,特异度为99.57%。结论新建立的ELISA方法具有较高的敏感度与特异度,适合用于沙眼衣原体感染的初筛。Objective To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of the newly established Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method for serological detection of human's chlamydia trachomatis infection. Method A total of 300 cases of serum were collected from outpatients age 15 to 40 years who presented to the non-STD clinic of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital ,from 3,2014 to 12,2014. Using the ELISA method to detect the serum antibodies of recombinant chlamydial plasmid-encoded protein 3 (Pgp3) , CT875 encoded protein (CT875), CT694 encoded protein (CT694) in sexually active population. While the (MIF) method was also used for testing these serum samples. And then compared the detection results of both methods. Results Totally 63 cases were screened out positive for immunodominant protein antibody by ELISA method, 62 cases by MIF were included. The detection rate of three immunodominant protein antibodies of these 300 cases was 21.00%. The sensitivity of this screening method is 95.38%, and the specificity is 99. 57%. Conclusion The newly established ELISA method has higher sensitivity and specificity, and it's suitable for screening for the infection of chlamydia trachomatis.
