紫癜型药疹1例

摘　　要：患者女,45岁。用药后躯干、四肢出现瘀点、瘀斑伴瘙痒5d。皮肤科情况:躯干、四肢见大量紫红色瘀点、瘀斑,平于皮面,压之不退色,皮疹以双下肢为重。皮损组织病理示:真皮浅层大量血管外红细胞,血管周围多量嗜酸性细胞及少量淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:紫癜型药疹。A 45-year-old female presented with a 5-day - history of numerous petechia and eeehymosis with pruritus on her trunk and limbs after medication. Physical examination revealed that a large number of mauve petechia and ecchymoses on her trunk and limbs, especially on lower extremities which did not fade by pressure. Histopathologic examination showed that numerous erythrocytes appeared in the upper dermis, few lymphocytes and numerous eosinophils perivascular infiltration. Diagnosis of purpura -like drug eruption was made.
