摘　　要：中国热带农业科学院综合业务管理系统的建设,极大地提高办公室工作的自动化,大大地降低办公成本,为政务管理工作高效、高质运行发挥了重要作用。然而,我们也发现系统的建设和运行,离终极目标和要求还存在一定的差距,本文通过问题分析,研究提出了完善系统的意见和建议。The construction of integrated professional management system in China Academy of Tropical Agriculture,it's greatly improved the automation of office work, and greatly reduced the office cost, the governmental affairs management, high quality and high efficiency operation has played an important role. However, we also found that the system construction and operation, there is still a big gap between the ultimate goal and requirement, this article passes through the analysis on the problems, to study and put forward the opinions and suggestions to perfect the system.
