摘　　要：为了降低人工成本,满足家具行业需求,研制了一种木块自动钻孔机.基于自动钻孔机动作方案,完成了气动系统回路设计、PLC控制电路以及控制程序设计,通过样机试制试钻表明,所设计的电气控制系统能完成预定的控制功能.In order to reduce labor costs,meet the needs of the furniture industry,a wood block automatic drilling machine has been developed. Based on the action plan of the automatic drilling machine,the design of the pneumatic system,the PLC control circuit and the control program are designed. The test results show that the designed electrical control system can complete the reserved control function.
