汇率波动下跨境贸易人民币结算业务的分析

摘　　要：开放经济中汇率的波动引起广大学者的关注。文章基于汇率波动的视角,分析当前汇率的波动对跨境贸易的影响,并在此基础上进一步分析跨境贸易的变化对跨境人民币业务的影响。最后鉴于人民币汇率机制与扩大人民币跨境使用相互促进的结论,提出推进汇率机制改革,完善外汇交易市场,加强配套保障,促进跨境人民币业务均衡发展的建议。The exchange rate fluctuation in open economy has gotten more and more scholars' attention. Based on the perspective of exchange rate fluctuation,this article analyses the influence of current exchange rate fluctuation on cross- border trade,and further analyses the influence of cross- border trade's change on cross- border RM B settlement business. Finally,in view of the theory of mutual promotion betw een RM B exchange rate mechanism and extended cross- border application of RM B,the article proposes to promote exchange rate mechanism reform,improve foreign exchange market,reinforce corresponding guarantee and promote the balanced development of cross- border RM B business.
