中外档案职业资格认证制度对比研究及启示

摘　　要：国外档案职业资格制度的发展相对比较成熟,其中具有代表意义的国家是法国、美国、英国和澳大利亚。但是我国的档案职业资格证书制度至今还没有建立。本文分析了国内外档案职业资格证书发展概况,在此基础上,探讨了国外档案职业资格制度的建设发展对我国档案职业资格制度的有益启示。研究和借鉴国外档案职业资格认证制度,将推动我国档案工作领域内相应制度的发展。The development of the foreign qualification system of archives profession is relatively mature,and France,the United States,Britain,and Australia are the representative countries. However,the qualification certificate system ofarchival profession in China has not been established. This paper analyses the development situation of professional qualificationcertificate of archives at home and abroad,and discusses the beneficial enlightenment gaining from the constructionand development of foreign professional qualification authentication system of archives. It will promote the developmentof corresponding system of archives field in China by researching and drawing lessons from the foreignarchives occupational qualification certification system.
