超声造影分析评估血吸虫病肝纤维化程度的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的:利用超声造影分析评价血吸虫肝纤维化程度。方法:对临床诊断的血吸虫病患者40例进行超声造影,根据超声造影剂到达肝动脉、门静脉、肝实质及肝静脉的时间,计算肝动-静脉渡越时间(HA-HVTT),门静脉-肝静脉渡越时间(PV-HVTT)及肝实质-肝静脉渡越时间(PA-HVTT),分析其差异及相关性。结果:造影剂到达HA-HVTT、PV-HVTT和PA-HVTT随血吸虫病的肝纤维化严重程度的增加而缩短,与肝纤维化程度呈负相关。结论:超声造影对评估血吸虫病肝纤维化程度有重要临床意义。Objective:To evaluate the degree of hepatic fibrosis in schistosomiasis japonica by contrastenhanced ultrasound technique(CEUS)Methods:40cases of clinically diagnozed schistosomiasis had been detected with CEUS.The transit time of hepatic artery-hepatic vein(HA-HVTT),portal veinhepatic vein(PV-HVTT)and hepatic parenchyma-hepatic vein(PA-HVTT)had been calculated according to the time when the ultrasonic contrast agent had reached the hepatic artery,portal vein,hepatic parenchyma and hepatic vein respectively and the differences and correlation had been analyzed.Results:The time when the contrast agent reached HA-HVTT,PV-HVTT and PA-HVTT increased with the severity of liver fibrosis,and it was negatively correlated with the degree of liver fibrosis.Conclusion:CEUS is of important clinical significance in evaluating the degree of hepatic fibrosis in schistosomiasis.
