某高校教职工体检结果分析及健康管理对策

摘　　要：目的:分析教职工体检结果,针对教职工健康状况,探索医药院校教职工的健康管理模式。方法:收集2013年至2014年教职工健康体检资料,进行统计描述。结果:参检人数为441人,主要疾病或指标异常检出415人(94.10%),主要疾病检出率的顺位排序依次为:颈椎病变(80.50%)、高血脂(36.05%)、高血压(22.45%)、脂肪肝(22.00%)、心电图异常(15.87%)、高血糖(9.98%)、肾结石(9.07%)和高尿酸血症(5.44%)。结论:教职工健康状况不容乐观,学校应加强教职工健康管理与指导。Objective:To analyze staff physical examination and to explore health management modes for the staff in medical colleges on the basis of health condition.Methods:The staff health examination data had been collected from 2013 to 2014.The statistical analysis had been made via descriptive statistics and chi-square test.Results:The total number of the examined was 441,415 detected with main diseases or abnormal indicators(94.10%).The detection rates of main diseases or abnormal indicators were compared in light of gender and ages,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The staff health condition is not optimistic,and health management and guidance should be strengthened for the staff.
