摘  要:通过热扩散键合方法制备了YLF/Tm:YLF/YLF键合晶体,键合晶体的尺寸为5 mm×20 mm×40 mm(高×宽×长)。键合晶体中间为Tm:YLF晶体,其长度为35 mm,Tm离子掺杂量为2.0%(摩尔分数),键合晶体两端为未掺杂YLF晶体。研究了热处理工艺对键合晶体质量的影响。结果表明:在热处理过程中,施加压力为0.4 MPa、热处理温度为570℃时,键合质量较好。该键合样品实现了105 W激光输出,光光转换效率超过40%;较未键合的Tm:YLF晶体输出功率提高1倍,光光转换效率提高6%。YLF/Tm:YLF/YLF bonding crystals with the size of 5 mm(height)×20 mm(width)×40 mm(length) were prepared by a thermal diffusion method. The middle of the bonding crystal is Tm:YLF with the length of 35 mm and the doping amount of Tm ions of 2.0% mole fraction. The both ends of the bonding crystal are YLF crystals. The effect of heat treatment on the quality of bonding crystal was investigated. The result shows that it is possible to obtain a good quality bonding crystal at a pressure of 0.4 MPa and the heat treatment temperature of 570 ℃. The laser output of the bonding crystal can reach 105 W and the conversion efficiency of optical to optical is over 40%. The laser output of the bonding crystal is about twice great than that of un-bonding crystals. The optical and optical conversion efficiency of the bonding crystal is 6% greater than that of un-bonding crystals.
