摘　　要：根据常温氢氧复合工艺要求及试验装置的特点,设计了一套基于Lab VIEW的氢氧复合控制系统。该系统由以工控机为核心的控制装置和基于Lab VIEW的上位机程序组成。系统主要功能包括工艺参数采集与处理、数据及曲线显示、控制参数设置、数据存储和信号报警与联锁等。试验结果表明,控制系统稳定性好,数据采集连续、直观、准确,操作界面友好,可移植性强,满足设计要求。According to the process requirement of hydrogen-oxygen recombination at ambient temperature and test equipment characteristics,designed a set of hydrogen-oxygen recombination control system based on Lab VIEW. The system consists of industrial control computer as the core of control device and PC-based on Lab VIEW program. Its main functions includes process parameters acquisition and processing,data and curve display,control parameter settings,data storage and signal alarm and interlock etc. The experimental results show that control system has good stability,continuous data acquisition,intuitive,accurate,friendly operation interface portability,to meet the design requirements.
