化脓性汗腺炎一家系

摘　　要：先证者,男,29岁。面部丘疹、脓疱9年,加重4年。家系中3代15人成员中共有7例患者(男4例,女3例),均于青春期前后发病,临床特点及病理特点符合化脓性汗腺炎的诊断。The proband was a 29 years old male presenting with papule and pustule on face for 9 years,aggravating for 4 years. There were 7 patients（ 4 males and 3 females） out of 15 members of 3 generations in this family and the age at onset was all around puberty. The clinical and pathological features were in accordance with the diagnosis of hidradenitis suppurativa.
