摘　　要：患者,女,53岁。进行性面部麻痹5年,双唇肿胀1年。查体:右侧轻度面瘫、皱襞舌。组织病理学检查示:由淋巴细胞、组织细胞组成的结核样肉芽肿,伴有血管增生。诊断:Melkersson-Rosenthal综合征。A 53- year- old female presented progressive facial paralysis for 5 years and edema of both lips for 1 year. Her physical examination showed scrotal tongue and the right facial paralysis. Histopathological examination on his upper lip showed tuberculoid type of granuloma consisting of lymphocytes and histocyctes infiltration,and proliferation of blood vessels. The diagnosis of Melkersson- Rosenthal Syndrome was made.
