摘　　要：近10年来,神经梅毒发病率不断增加。精神症状是许多神经梅毒患者的首发症状,但表现多样且非特异。本文介绍了神经梅毒患者精神症状的表现,实验室和影像学诊断及治疗研究进展。In recent 10 years,neurosyphilis has become more and more common. Mental symptom is the first symptom in many patients with neurosyphilis,but these manifestations always are lack of specificity.The mental symptom of neurosyphilis,the diagnosis of laboratory tests and imaging and therapy were reviewed in this paper.
