摘 要:目的对重点病媒生物及相关虫媒传染病监测资料进行综合分析评价,为制定防控预案和技术方案提供科学依据。方法按照《全国病媒生物监测方案(试行)》要求监测病媒生物,采用流行病学统计方法对虫媒传染病疫情进行统计分析。结果调查发现重点病媒生物有:啮齿类动物鼠类3科7种,双翅目蚊科3属5种,双翅目蝇类5科11亚科32属57种,双翅目蜚蠊科2属3种。相关虫媒传染病以蚊传疟疾、乙脑和鼠及鼠蚤传播肾综合征出血热、斑疹伤寒为主。目前,疟疾进入了消除阶段,乙脑发病率控制在0.1/10万左右,肾综合征出血热和斑疹伤寒发病率均保持在1/10万以下。结论开展综合分析能充分发挥监测资料的利用度,实现监测预警。综合有效的病媒生物防制、健康教育和有计划的预防接种,使得虫媒传染病得到了有效控制。Objective To evaluate the comprehensive analysis,the focus of disease vectors and vector borne disease monitoring data,and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control plan and scheme. Methods according to the national biological vector surveillance program( Trial) for monitoring of disease vectors,using statistical methods of infectious disease epidemic situation analysis. Results the investigation showed that the key of vector: rodent animal rodents of 3 species of 7 families of Diptera,Culicidae 3 genera and 5 species of Diptera,Culicidae,3 species belonging to 5 genera,5 families of Diptera flies 11 subfamilies,32 genera and 57 species of Diptera,2 genera and 3 species of cockroaches. Insect borne infectious diseases related to mosquito borne malaria,encephalitis and flea spreading kidney syndrome hemorrhagic fever rats and mice,typhus. At present,the elimination of malaria entered the stage,JE incidence in 0. 1 /10 million,fever and typhus incidence rate remained at 1 /10 million the following renal syndrome. Conclusion Carry out a comprehensive analysis,can give full play to the use of monitoring data,to realize the monitoring and early warning. Integrated pest control,effective health education and planned immunization,infectious diseases have been effectively controlled.
