绵阳市血吸虫病流行区人群血防知识现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解绵阳市血吸虫病流行区人群血吸虫病防治知识现状,为干预措施的实施提供基线资料。方法在6个流行县采用随机抽样的方法对村民及学生进行抽样,应用问卷调查方法进行调查。结果共调查村民298人,学生302人。村民的血防知识知晓率、血防态度正确率和正确行为形成率分别为82.4%、98.3%和88.6%,学生分别为76.4%、100.0%和72.5%。结论绵阳市血吸虫病流行区人群血防知识知晓情况较差,未达到国家的防治目标,对流行区人群进行多种形式的健康教育十分必要。Objective To learn the current status of knowledge about schistosomiasis prevention in the schistosomiasis area of Mianyang city,and to provide baseline information for the implementation of the intervention. Methods The subjects were selected by the random sampling method among residents and students in 6 counties,then they were investigated by questionnaire. Results A total of 298 residents and 302 students were selected. The awareness rates of the knowledge on schistosomiasis control,the correction rates of attitude and behavior of schistosomiasis control was respectively 82. 4%,98. 3%,88. 6% in residents and respectively 76. 4%,100. 0%,and 72. 5% in students. Conclusions The current status of knowledge about schistosomiasis prevention in the schistosomiasis area is bad. The correction rates of knowledge,attitude and behavior of schistosomiasis control of residents and students have not reach the national goal of schistosomiasis control. It is necessary to perform various forms of health education intervention in schistosomiasis area.
