摘　　要：目前基于Android平台的智能手机广泛流行,WIFI网络也日趋普及,消费者购买手机的目的也不再局限于传统的电话及短信业务,网络和娱乐功能也成为其参考的重要部分。文章提出了基于Android平台的手机在线视频播放系统的模块设计和实现过程,通过性能测试展示了视频播放器的显示效果,达到了设计的要求。At present, based on the Android platform of smartphones, WIFI network is increasingly popular, the purpose of consumers to buy mobile phones are no longer confined to the traditional phone and SMS business, network and the entertainment function has become an important part of the reference. Is proposed in this paper, based on the Android platform of mobile phone online video broadcast system module design and implementation process, through the performance test shows the video player show effect, meet the design requirements.
