摘　　要：文章以福建省教育厅科研管理系统的开发为背景,探讨了科研管理系统的总体目标、功能结构、技术方案、系统架构和实现。通过实现申报用户、申报单位管理人员和教育厅管理人员等不同角色的功能需求,能够有效地提高项目申报和管理效率,对其他科研管理系统的开发具有一定的借鉴意义及推广应用价值。With the development of the education department of Fujian province scientific research management system as the background, the paper discusses the overall goal, functional structure, technical solution, system architecture and implementation of the system. By implementing the requirements of different roles, it effectively improved the efficiency of project application and management. The result has reference significance for the development of similar systems.
