摘　　要：功率半导体适用于能源与环境领域的产品,也适用于汽车、工业设备、家用电器等批量化产品,是电力电子(PE)技术的关键器件。本文以功率模块、功率分立元件电路、功率集成电路为重点,对其最新技术及产品的现状与展望予以阐述。Applied to products of energy and environment area and to mass products, such as vehicles, industrial equipment and household appliances, power semiconductor is a key device of PE technology. Focused on module power, power discrete components circuit and power integrated circuit, this paper presents the current situation and prospect of the newest technology and products.
