摘  要:结合钢板力学性能指标,利用Nb、V、Ti等元素微合金化,配合合理的控轧控冷工艺,开发了高强度、低屈强比Q460GJC钢。对其工业性试制钢板开展了拉伸、冲击、组织结构检验及焊接性能试验。结果表明:研制的钢种强度高、屈强比低、冲击性能优异,具有优良的综合性能,满足高层建筑用钢技术要求。Combining with the mechanical property index of steel plate,Q460 GJC steel with high strength and low yield ratio was developed by using Nb,V,Ti microalloying as well as controlled rolling and cooling process. The performance of the tensile,impact,structure and welding of the trial-manufacture steel plate were tested. The results showed that the trialmanufacture steel had advantages of high strength,low yield ratio and excellent impact performance,which could meet the requirements of high-rise buildings.
