摘 要:为研制具有多层次防火、隔热、保温功能的薄壁轻质复合构件,对新型纤维增强砂浆-EPS夹芯板的受弯承载力进行试验研究,得到该种新型夹芯板在均布荷载作用下的荷载-应变和荷载-挠度曲线。结果表明:在夹芯板达到极限承载力时,该种板发生脆性破坏,但其极限挠度符合相应技术标准要求。In order to develop thin-walled composite components with light weight,multi-level fireproof,heat insulation and heat preservation,the bearing capacity of spraying fiber reinforced mortar- EPS( Expandable Polystyrene) sandwich slab under uniformly distributed load was studied through tests. Based on the tests,the loading-the midspan strain and the loading-the midspan displacement curves of the sandwich slab were obtained. The experimental results indicated that the sandwich slab failed when reaching the ultimate load in a brittle manner. And the ultimate mid-span deflection could meet the requirements of corresponding criterions.
