摘 要:调查长江南京段入江排污口分布及污染物排放量,评价饮用水源地水环境质量,利用二维稳态模型分析各排污口对饮用水源地、沿江各水厂取水水质及其保护区水质的影响。结果表明:6个饮用水水源地水功能区水质类别以Ⅲ~Ⅳ类为主;现状排污口排污造成4个饮用水源地上游、下游交界断面COD和氨氮指标超标,且以氨氮超标为主;长江南京段10个水厂取水口水质受排污口排污影响。提出优化整合排污口、完善入河排污口审批制度、建立入河排污口登记制度、贯彻最严格的水资源管理制度等措施,确保长江南京段饮用水源地水安全。The drainage outlets and pollutant emissions in Nanjing reach of Yangtze River are investigated,and the water quality of drinking water sources is evaluated. The influences of the drainage outlets on drinking water sources,water quality of intakes along the river and water quality in the protected areas are analyzed by means of the two-dimensional steady state model. The results show that the water quality of six drinking water sources in the functional areas is between Ⅲ to Ⅳ. The COD and NH3-N of upstream-downstream junction section of four drinking water sources both exceed the standard,especially the latter. The water quality of ten water intakes is affected. The optimization and integration of drainage outlets,improvement of the approval system for the drainage outlets,establishment of the registration system of the drainage outlets and implementation of the most stringent water resources management system areproposed to ensure the water safety of drinking water sources in Nanjing reach of Yangtze River.
