摘　　要：卷绕真空镀膜技术直接对卷状物（如塑料薄膜卷材或金属箔卷材）进行真空镀膜加工，具有较高的生产效率。镀氧化铝或氧化硅的透明阻隔薄膜不但具有和镀铝膜一样的阻隔性能，还可透过可见光，具有高的微波穿透性，可直接用于微波炉加热和进行金属检测，大气环境适应性和环保性优良。Winding Vacuum Film Plated Technology can directly make the vacuum plating process in rolling materials （such as plastic film coiled materials and metal foil coiled materials）, which with high production efficiency. The transparent barrier film plated by aluminum oxide or silicon oxide not only has the high barrier properties as plated aluminum film, but also can through the visible light, with a high penetration of the microwave, which can be used directly in the microwave oven and the metal detection, with good atmospheric environmental adaptability and environmental protection.
