摘 要:高师院校在以往的学科教学论课程教学中表现出重理论阐述、轻实践指导;重教师讲授、轻学生参与;重课内学习、轻课外实践;重统一要求、轻个性发展等弊病。基于参与式教学理念实施教学改革有利于师范生职业素养的全面发展,促进学科教学论教师的专业成长,更有利于基础教育课程改革的不断推进与深化。由此,学科教学论课程实施参与式教学需凸现目标的多维性,建构师生的主体间性,关注教学的生成性,实现场域的开放性,突显评价的多元性。In previous subject teaching theory course teaching,normal colleges showed many problems,such as paying more attention on theory,less on practice guidance; more teachers' teaching,less students' participation; more inclass learning,less extracurricular practice; more unified requirements,less personality development. Based on participatory teaching method,the teaching reform is good to comprehensive development of normal students' professional quality,to promote teachers' professional development,and to promote the development and deepening of basic education curriculum reform. As a result,the participatory teaching of subject teaching theory course needs to emphasize the multidimensional nature of the target,construct the inter subjectivity between teachers and students,pay attention to the generation of teaching,realize the openness of the field,and highlight the diversity of evaluation.
