摘 要:通过镀层质量分析、镀层合金化程度试验,并对比生产工艺,合金化热镀锌板料JAC340H钢冲压脱锌产生原因为镀层上下表面及镀层同一表面不同位置的厚薄不均,导致合金化程度不一致,合金化炉加热段采用1200kW的感应加热功率加重了钢板粉化程度;通过控制热轧原料板形、锌层厚度、合金化炉感应加热器功率,改善后产品满足了用户使用要求。Regarding agalvannealed grad JAC340H,there was flaking issue during stamping.The coating quality was analyzed and the assessment test for galvannealed degree was carried out.After checking the process technology in manufacturing,the root cause of flaking was found out to be the coating thickness deference,which resulted in ununiformity of galvannealed degree,also the induction heating power of 1200 kW increased the powdering.Through controlling the shape quality of hot rolled plate,coating thickness and induction heating power of the alloying furnace,the flaking issue was solved and finally the improved product met the requirement of custumers.
