摘  要:目的探讨剪切波弹性成像(SWE)检查肠壁硬度的可行性。建立正常肠壁剪切波杨氏模量的参考值范围。方法经腹测量160例结肠镜下正常肠段杨氏模量平均值,比较不同性别、年龄组、部位之间杨氏模量值的差异。结果正常肠壁弹性值平均值(6.38±1.35)kPa。不同性别、年龄组与部位间杨氏模量值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论实时剪切波弹性成像可用于评估肠壁的硬度。Objective To investigate the feasibility of detecting the normal ileocolon wall hardness using Shear wave elastograghy(SWE)and establish the reference range of normal ileocolon wall using Young′s modulus.Methods 160 cases of patients undergo colonoscopy were included.The average value of Young′s modulus in normal ileocolon was measured by SWE.The differences of Young′s modulus between different genders,ages,and anatomy locations were compared.Results The average value of Young′s modulus in normal intestine was(6.38±1.35)kPa.No difference was found between different genders,ages,and anatomy locations(P〉0.05).Conclusions SWE can be used to evaluate the stiffness of the intestinal wall.
