摘　　要：以对苯二酚和糠胺为原料、质量分数95%的乙醇为溶剂合成N-(2-呋喃甲基)-N-甲基-3,6-二氧代-1,4-环己二烯氯化铵.对苯二酚和糠胺物质的量比为1∶2,在60℃下反应5h,再转变为盐酸盐形式,经柱层析分离方式得红色针状晶体,收率为42%.对产物结构进行红外、紫外、核磁及质谱表征.N-（furan-2-ylmethyl）-N-methyl-3, 6-dioxocyclohexa-1, 4-dienaminium chloride was synthesized by hydroquinone and 2-furylmethylamine, with 95% （mass fraction） alcohol being used as the solvent. The molar ratio of hydroquinone to 2-furylmethylamine was 1：2, with the reaction temperature of 60 ℃ and the reaction time of 5 hours. In order to separate the mixture, reaction product was changed into the hydrochloride salt, N-（furan-2-ylmethyl）-N-methyl-3, 6- dioxoeyclohexa-1, 4-dienaminium chloride. Purified by column chromatography separation, the yield of product reached 42%, which was red needle like crystal. The structure of product was characterized with infrared, ultraviolet, mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance.
