摘 要:某多层砌体结构房屋墙体受压承载力不足,结合体外预应力加固技术的特点和研究现状,提出一种采用体外预应力卸载砌体结构墙体竖向荷载的方法,从而使墙体受压承载力满足设计要求.该方法施工简单、传力明确、对原结构干扰较小,能够满足墙体加固需要.解决了实际工程中存在的问题,并阐述了该加固方法相比传统加固方法所具有的优势.For the lack of bearing capacity of the wall of a multilayer masonry structure building, combining the characteristics and research status of external prestressing reinforcement technology, this paper proposes a method of uninstalling the vertical load of masonry walls with external prestressing, so that the compressive bearing capacity of the wall can meet the design requirements. The method has the advantages of simple construction, clear transmission force, less interference to the original structure, and can meet the needs of wall reinforcement. The study solves the problems existing in the practical engineering, and expounds the advantages of this method compared with the traditional reinforcement method.
