摘  要:恋旧是一种普遍存在的社会现象.探讨恋旧行为的出现条件,需将效用概念细化为使用价值效用和时间价值效用,分别对其性质进行研究.建立总效用随时间变化的模型,该模型能够解释人们对耐用品的维修与保养行为.由此可以得出,恋旧行为出现与否取决于总效用函数是否有零点,维修与保养都是为了获得更大的总效用并改善总效用结构.Nostalgic behavior is analyzed from the perspective of economics in this paper. The total utility for a consumer to hold an article includes two parts, one coming from its use value while the other from the length of time he has held it. The properties of these two kinds of utility function are studied in this paper. Whether a consumer has nostalgic behavior depends on the total utility function and the conditions of nostalgic behavior are also discussed. People often repair an old item instead of purchasing a new one, because the use value utility of the new is unable to compensate the time value utility of the old. The maintenance of durable goods is expected to bring more use value and improve the structure of total utility in the future.
