高强度导磁钢板磁各向异性的研究

摘  要:研究了高强度导磁钢板电磁性能随轧制方向的变化。结果表明,在2500~15000A/m直流磁化场范围内,磁性能随轧制偏离角度有显著变化,磁感应强度与纵向偏离角度成非线性关系,最大磁感应强度与轧制方向的偏离角在30~40°之间,横向最小;最大值矫顽力与轧制方向的偏离角为20°,横向最小。造成高强度导磁钢板磁各向异性的主要原因是由于钛和铌的加入对材料晶粒取向改变所致。The magnetic anisotropy of high strength magnetic steel sheet was studied. The results showed that magnetic properties significantly change with rolling direction and there is a non-linear relationship between magnetic induction and longitudinal deviation angle in 2500~ 15000A/m DC magnetic field range; the deviation angle between the maximum magnetic induction and rolling direction is from 30° to 40°, with the minimum at the transverse direction, while the deviation angle between the maximum coercive force and rolling direction is 20°, with the minimum at the transverse direction. The main cause of this result is that addition of Ti and Nb affects grain orientation.
