摘　　要：采用转炉-RH真空循环脱气精炼-CSP(薄板坯连铸连轧)流程生产的电工钢1.2%Si热卷进行不同的冷轧及退火等后处理,开发了50B450、50W600和35W550等牌号的半工艺及全工艺冷轧无取向电工钢。讨论了同一热卷原料,不同工艺生产的各类产品性能及应用。50B450, 50W600, 35W550 semi-processed and full-processed non-oriented electrical steel was developed through different process designs of cold rolling and annealing treatment using 1.2 % Si hot-rolled coils produced by BOF steelmaking-RH degassing refining-OSP （TSCR） route as the raw material. The properties and applications of the products produced by different processes with the same 1. 2 % Si hot-rolled coil as raw material were discussed.
