摘　　要：通过对CSP加热炉炉膛烟气成分检测,分析了加热炉燃烧控制中的实际空气过剩系数与目标控制值之间存在较大偏差。通过调整加热炉燃烧空煤比,改善炉膛空气过剩系数,降低板坯氧化烧损率和燃耗。Based on measurement of the waste gas composition in OSP heating furnace, the big deviation between actual air excess coefficient and the set point of air excess coefficient in combustion control of the heating furnace was analyzed. Both oxidation burning loss of beam blanks and fuel consumption were reduced by adjusting the air-coal ratio of combustion and improving furnace air excess coefficient.
