摘  要:无取向电工钢绝缘涂层主要包括有机涂层、无机涂层和半无机涂层,目前使用和研究比较广泛的半无机涂层具有良好的耐热性和附着性。同时,具有特殊用途的无取向电工钢绝缘涂层在近年来随着客户的需求得到发展。随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的提高,以及出口产品的环保要求和国家环保政策的实施,无铬环保型电工钢绝缘涂层将是今后的发展趋势。Insulating coating of non-oriented electrical steel mainly includes organic, inorganic and semi-inorganic types. At present, semi-inorganic insulating coating is widely used and studied for its excellent heat resistance and adhesiveness. At the same time, non-oriented electrical steel with insulating coating of special functions has developed rapidly in recent years to meet more and more market demand. With social development and improvement of living level, the implementation of stricter environmental requirements for export products as well as national environmental policies, chromium-free environment-friendly coating of non-oriented silicon steel will become the development trend.
