珠三角世界级城市群建设路径创新

摘　　要：本文在对现有世界级城市群经验的基础上,总结了世界级城市群的评判标准,并将其作为评判珠三角建设世界级城市群差距的分析框架。研究发现,珠三角城市群在全球中枢职能、现代产业体系、城际交通网络、城市群协调机制等方面均与世界级城市群有一定差距。本文从打造"穗深港"创新带、以大数据促进产业转型升级、共建城际轨道交通网络、健全城市群协调发展机制等方面提出了促进珠三角建设世界级城市群的路径创新建议。Based on the experience of the existing world-class urban agglomerations, we summarize the evaluation standards of the world-class urban agglomerations, which is used as an analytical framework for the Pearl River Delta Area to construct a world-class urban metropolitan area. There is a large gap in the perspective of global central function, modern industrial system, inter city transportation network, urban agglomeration coordination mechanism. In order to make up the gap, we bring up some paths for the Pearl River Delta area to construct a world-class urban agglomeration, in terms of Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hongkong innovation zone, industrial transformation and upgrading based on big data, inter-city transport network, urban agglomeration coordination mechanism, etc.
