摘　　要：自贸区建设逐步推进过程中,金融风险防范是金融创新的重要支撑。广东自贸区金融改革可能面对的系统性金融风险,来源于金融资产价格、金融生态环境、金融产品创新以及金融风险传染等多方面,需要在金融改革的同时注重市场风险防范,创建"大金融监管"模式,更新金融监管理念,完善金融监管模式,为金融效率提高和金融创新能力发挥提供支撑。In the construction of fi＇ee trade zones, financial risk prevention becomes an important support of financial innovation. China （Guangdong） Pilot Free Trade Zones face systemic financial risks from many aspects, including financial asset prices, finaneial ecological environment, financial product innovation and financial contagion. Thus, great importance should be given to the market risk prevention during the financial reform and big financial regulation model should be established to improve of financial supervision system.
