摘 要:为了促进长江三角洲港口的协同发展,从分析港口间的关系这一视角探讨了港口的协同发展机制。鉴于小规模港口的数据不连续性,选取了上海港、连云港、宁波舟山港等9大主要港口作为分析对象,通过两两比较,定量地分析了上述港口间的关系。分析结果表明,三分之二的港口组存在长期均衡关系,对存在长期均衡关系的港口组进一步检验发现,尽管在短期内有一少部分港口存在竞争关系,但从长期来看,港口间均为互补关系。这一结论打破了邻近港口间定为竞争关系这一传统观念,为促进长江三角洲港口的协同发展提供了实证支持。基于此,长江三角洲的港口可从港口企业定期会晤机制的建立、资本和业务层面的合作、港口联动平台的建立等方面展开合作。In order to accelerate the collaborative development among ports in Yangtze River Delta, this paper discusses the inter-port collaborative development mechanism through an investigation of port relationships. Given the data discontinuity problem in small ports, in this study we focus on 9 major ports located in Yangtze River Delta: Shanghai port, Lianyungang port, Ningbo Zhoushan port, ect. , and examine the relationship between different port pairs quantitatively. Our results suggest that 1 ) 2/3 of the port pairs has a long term equilibrium relationship; 2) for these port pairs, although a small portion show competitive relationships in the short run, in the long run all of them have complementary relationships. Our findings challenge the traditional view that geographically adjacent port only compete with each other and provide supporting evidence that a collaborative development strategy among ports in Yangtze River Delta is desirable. For example, relevant ports can establish regular meeting mechanism, create inter-port linkage platform, and cooperate with each other at operational and financing level.
