摘  要:采用共沉淀法制备系列Cu-Mg-Al类水滑石化合物,以类水滑石为前躯体经焙烧制备复合金属氧化物,通过XRD、IR对产物进行表征,研究各个工艺参数对产物结构的影响。通过使用自制铜基复合金属氧化物催化ClO_2氧化降解苯酚实验,考察催化剂活性及催化剂用量对水样COD去除率的影响。结果表明随着Cu含量减少、晶化时间增长得到的类水滑石晶型越规整、结晶度越好。在试验焙烧温度、时间范围内,温度越高、时间越长制备的复合金属氧化物纯度越高、结晶度越好,且具有良好的催化活性,能有效提高ClO_2氧化降解苯酚的能力,相比单纯的ClO_2氧化降解率提高了4.4%。A series of Cu-Mg-Al hydrotalcite like compounds were synthesized by the co-precipitation method. A hydrotalcite-like compound is used as precursor to prepare the mixed metal oxide through roasting,XRD and IR are used to research the composition and structure of the products and to investigate what effect each process parameters has on the structure of the products. Self-made copperbased compound metal oxide is used to catalyze ClO2 oxidating and degrading of phenol,which is aimed at studying the influence of the catalyst activity and the amount of catalyst on the removal rate of the COD in the water sample. The results showed that the structure of LDHs were more integrated and the crystalli Mgty were better with the decreasing of the content of Cu and the increasing of crystallization time. In the range of calcined temperature、time,the purity of compound metal oxide were higher and the crystalli Mgty were better with the increasing of calcined temperature、time. And the products have excellent catalytic activity that can improve the ability of ClO2 oxidation degradation of phenol that the degradation rate increased 4. 4% compared to the ClO2 oxidate.
