摘 要:以进水中含有10 mg/L Fe Cl3的膜生物反应器(membrane bioreactor,MBR)为研究对象,考察铁离子在污泥混合液中的分布规律及对微生物代谢产物的影响。实验结果表明:污泥混合液中铁含量分布规律为胞内>紧缚的胞外聚合物(tightly bound extracellular polymeric substances,TB)>松散的胞外聚合物(loosely bound EPS,LB)>溶解性微生物代谢产物(soluble microbial products,SMP);在运行80 d后,大部分铁离子存在于胞内(平均含量81.2%);Fe3+的投加不但降低了SMP及EPS浓度,而且改变了微生物代谢产物的空间分布,其中SMP中多聚糖、TB和LB的含量下降明显。The distributions of iron in the mixed liquor and its influence on the microbial products were investigated in membrane bioreactors( MBR) under the condition of ferric chloride at concentrations of 10 mg / L in the effluent. The experimental results showed that the iron contents located in the sludge following this order: pellet 〉 tightly bound extracellular polymeric substances( TB) 〉 loosely bound EPS( LB) 〉 soluble microbial products( SMP). After 80 d,the majority of ions located in the pellet( 81. 2% on average),indicating the iron was distributed in the sludge inner. With the operation time,both SMP and EPS contents were decreased obviously. In addition,a significant reduction in the SMP polysaccharide,LB and TB amount were observed under the addition of iron condition.
