摘  要:以高岭土、方解石、烧滑石、石英、长石和Fe2O3、Co3O4为原料,制备出效果优良的银色油滴釉。研究了不同Fe2O3含量和Co3O4含量对油滴釉效果的影响,结果表明随着氧化铁含量的增加,油滴颜色逐渐向银色转变,但加入量过多则釉面会变得凸凹不平,质量变差,当Fe2O3加入量为0.0255 mol时,效果最好,适当的Co3O4不仅可以使油滴效果更加明显,并且使油滴的银色更加突出,当Co3O4加入量为2wt%时,油滴效果最好。通过研究烧成温度、施釉厚度等工艺条件对油滴釉效果的影响,得出了最佳的工艺条件为烧成温度1270℃,保温30 min,施釉厚度为1.21.5 mm。The silver oil-spot glaze was prepared by using kaolin,calcite,talc,quartz,feldsqar,Fe2O3 and Co3O4 as materials. The influences of Fe2O3 content and Co3O4 content on the oil-spot glaze effect were studied. The results show that the color of oil-spot glaze turns to silver with the increase of Fe2O3.But too much Fe2O3 will cause uneven glaze. When the Fe2O3 content is 0. 0255 mol,the glaze effect is the best. The appropriate Co3O4 not only make the oil spot effect more obvious,but also make the silver effect more prominent. When the Co3O4 content is 2wt%,the glaze has the best oil-spot effect. The effects of the sintering temperature and glaze thickness on the oil-spot glaze were also studied. The optimal process conditions are as follows,sintering temperature is 1270 ℃,holding time is 30 min and the glaze thickness is 1. 2-1. 5 mm.
