摘  要:掺不同种类盐类组分的聚羧酸型液体防冻泵送剂,可以使混凝土在负温条件下硬化,强度不同程度的提高并达到设计要求标准。本文主要从负温储存稳定性、防冻剂与水泥适应性及混凝土力学性能等方面研究了多种盐类组分,如亚硝酸钠、硝酸钠、硝酸钙、乙酸钠、硫代硫酸钠、硫氰化钾等对聚羧酸减水剂型防冻泵送剂性能的影响。试验结果表明:掺盐类防冻组分后可明显改善混凝土的各项性能,其中可总结规律如下:硝酸钠﹥硫代硫酸钠﹥硝酸钙﹥硫氰化钾﹥亚硝酸钠﹥乙酸钠。Different types of salt component of poly-carboxylic acid liquid pump antifreeze agent can make concrete harden at negative temperature conditions,the strength of the different degree and meet the design requirements of the standard. This article research a variety of salt components from the negative temperature stability,adaptability and mechanical properties of concrete,such as sodium nitrite,sodium nitrate,calcium nitrate,sodium acetate,sodium thiosulfate,sulfur effect of potassium cyanide and other poly-carboxylate type antifreeze pumping agent performance. Test results show that the mixed salt antifreezing group after can significantly improve the performance of concrete,which can be summarized as follows: sodium nitrate 〉 sodium thiosulfate 〉 calcium nitrate 〉 potassium thiocyanate 〉 sodium nitrite〉 sodium acetate.
