塑料保护膜在钢结构防腐蚀中的应用研究

摘　　要：以某大学游泳馆内部高湿高热并且含氯离子的环境、室内潮湿环境、室内干燥环境以及室外露天环境四种不同腐蚀环境为试验研究背景,对致密的新型可剥液体型塑料保护膜的防腐蚀性能进行了试验研究,并与目前常用的防腐涂料的效果进行了对比。结果表明,新型可剥液体型塑料保护膜对钢结构有较好的防腐蚀效能,优于常用的防腐涂料。Experimental research was conducted in four different corrosive environments including one university＇s natatorium internal environment with high humidity, high temperature and chloride ion, indoor humidity environment, indoor dry environment and outdoor environment. The corrosion resistant performance of a new type of compact strippable liquid-type plastic protective film was researched and the anticorrosion effect was compared with effects of current commonly-used antirust coatings. The results show that this new type of strippable liquid-type plastic protective film has good anticorrosion effect that is better than that of commonly-used antirust coatings.
