摘 要:采用废弃混凝土破碎细颗粒取代部分石英砂,用于生产加气混凝土。研究了破碎细颗粒掺量对加气混凝土料浆稠度和蒸压养护后的加气混凝土抗压强度和干密度的影响。结果表明,破碎细颗粒掺量低于10%时,有助于提高料浆的流动性,但随着掺量的继续增大,料浆流动性迅速下降;在浆料扩展度相近的条件下,随破碎细颗粒掺量的增大,需水量增大,对减小加气混凝土的干密度有利,但蒸压养护后,加气混凝土的抗压强度呈先增大后减小趋势。The crushed fine particles of waste concrete were adopted to replace some quartz sands as raw materials in the production of the autoclaved aerated concrete. The effect of additive amount of the crushed fine particles on slurry consistency and the compressive strength and dry density of the autoclaved aerated concrete after autoclaved curing was studied. The results show that if addtive amount of the crushed fine particles is lower than 10% , the fluidity of the slurry is improved, but the fluidity of the slurry drops sharply with increase of additive amount. Under the condition that the slurry shows nearly the same flow value, the water requirement increases with the increase of additive amount of the crushed fine particles, which benefits reducing the dry density of autoclaved aerated concrete. However, after autoclaved curing, compressive strength of the autoclaved aerated concrete shows the trend of improvement first and then decrease.
