摘  要:目的探讨大鼠颅骨骨缺损模型的理想缺损尺寸。方法 48只SD大鼠建立颅骨骨缺损模型,缺损直径分别为5mm(A组,16只)、6mm(B组,16只)和8mm(C组,16只)。术后行CT扫描检查,测量骨缺损的直径和面积,观察骨缺损修复情况。结果随着术后观察时间的延长,A组和B组骨缺损直径逐渐减少,断端桥接,而C组骨缺损直径无明显变化。与术后当天相比,A组和B组术后12周的骨缺损面积减少[(5.16±0.75)mm^2 vs.(20.10±0.37)mm^2和(15.55±0.29)mm^2 vs.(28.23±0.44)mm^2](P<0.05),而C组无统计学差异[(50.64±0.37)mm^2 vs.(51.27±0.37)mm^2](P>0.05)。结论大鼠颅骨骨缺损模型的最佳缺损直径是8mm。Objective To investigate the ideal size of calvarial defect in rat models.Methods The calvarial defect model was established in 48 SD rats and then equally divided into three groups of A(defect diameter of 5 mm),B(defect diameter of 6 mm)and C(defect diameter of 8 mm).The diameter and area of bone defect were measured by CT scanning after operation for observing bone regeneration.Results The diameters of bone defect were gradually decreased and the broken ends of fractured bone were bridged as the time went on in groups of A and B,which were not obviously changed in group C.Compared with the postoperative day,the areas of bone defect were decreased in the 12 th week after operation in groups of A and B[(5.16±0.75)mm^2 vs.(20.10±0.37)mm^2 and(15.55±0.29)mm^2 vs.(28.23±0.44)mm^2](P〈0.05),which was not statistically different in group C[(50.64±0.37)mm^2 vs.(51.27±0.37)mm^2](P〈0.05).Conclusion As the rat model with calvarial defect,a 8mm defect in diameter may be optimal.
