摘 要:在5 g/L NaCl胁迫下,测定了不同浓度(0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5 mmol/L)水杨酸(SA)处理下黄芩种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数,以及幼苗超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、叶片叶绿素和丙二醛(MDA)含量,研究不同浓度SA对盐胁迫下商洛黄芩种子萌发及幼苗生长特性的影响。结果表明,5 g/L NaCl胁迫下的黄芩种子萌发受到明显抑制,经0.5~2.5 mmol/L SA处理后,萌发指标均有升高。以1.0 mmol/L SA处理效果最佳,其种子的发芽率(28.7%)、发芽指数(17.4)、发芽势(23.0%)均比盐对照组(CK_2)高,且达到最大值;SOD、POD活性分别是CK_2的1.52倍和7.56倍;叶绿素含量达CK2的1.45倍。说明适宜浓度的SA能够有效地缓解盐害,提高黄芩的抗盐性,以1.0 mmol/L SA处理效果最佳。In order to explore the effects of salicylic acid( SA) on seed germination and physiological characters of Shangluo Scutellaria baicalensis under salt stress,under 5 g / L NaCl stress condition,the effects of SA with different concentrations on the seed germination rate,and skullcap superoxidedismutase( SOD),peroxidase( POD) activity,chlorophyll content of leaves,malondialdehyde( MDA) content were investigated. The results showed that the seed germination of Shangluo Scutellaria baicalensis under 5 g / L NaCl stress was significantly inhibited,and the germination index increased after the treatment with 0. 5—2. 5 mmol / L SA,the effect of 1. 0 mmol / L SA treatment was best. For the treatment with 1. 0 mmol / L SA,the seed germination rate( 28. 7%),germination index( 17. 4) and germination potential( 23. 0%)were higher than the salt control group( CK_2),and achieved the maximum; the SOD,POD activity were1. 52 and 7. 56 times the values of CK_2; the chlorophyll content was 1. 45 times the value of CK_2. Therefore,moderate SA could mitigatethe injuries induced by the Na Cl stress,and improve the salt resistance of Shangluo Scutellaria baicalensis,the effect of the treatment with 1. 0 mmol / L SA was the best.
